My experience was great! My salesman was very knowledgable and took every step possible to accommodate my requests. I was able to ask lots of questions about the two vehicles My salesman was very knowledgable and took every step possible to accommodate my requests. I was able to ask lots of questions about the two vehicles I was interested in and received honest answers; if he was unsure he would go verify. I asked him to get me a side by side comparison of my monthly rate and within 10 minutes I had all my information. Carlos Becerra even offered to get my diner since the processing paperwork was taking quite a bit longer. He definitely went the extra mile. He had my car fueled and ready within 30 minutes, before the paperwork was even completed. I've bought two cars previously with him and his customer service is always excellent, it's one of the many reasons I've choosen Nissan. More
