I had a terrible experience at Lexus of Oxnard. My first lexus, but the dealership was a toilet in car dealership parlance. Never followed up, never answered phone calls or email. I will never go back, or buy or lease a Lexus. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Lexus should look into this horrible dealership.

I came in the dealership excited to see if they have any Lexus ES 350. I was introduced to Carlos at Lexus of Oxnard. He was very aggressive trying to sale me a lease or purchasing a brand new one. I respectfully declined and said i would love a used car because it is in my budget. He then kept pushing leases onto me and i felt uncomfortable. After 10 minutes has past i respectfully decline again. He then told me that USED cars almost never come in and I would be waiting around for no reason. I then told him if he can please look out for the car i want used to give me a call. He took my number down and I thanked him and got back into my car. While I was about to drive away. I see Carlos ripping my number up from his notepad he had with him. He then tossed it in the trash can. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope this helps people.

Very unethical dealership, management doesn’t care about costumers after the deal has been closed and they have earned their commission even if they lied to you to make the deal happen. Very unprofessional and make Lexus look bad I will never again purchase anything from the company after my experience despite owning their vehicles for over 10 years.
