As one who hates the car buying process, I can honestly say City Kia and their amazing staff totally made my purchase enjoyable. They have a family oriented atmosphere with no pressure. Omar Quintanna was the sales person that I bought my 2022 Kia Sorento from a few months back. Not big on doing reviews until I have driven the car for a while to have knowledge of what I purchased. I am a senior citizen and really appreciated his patience and even allowing me to call him at home for any concerns prior to purchase. I felt he went above and beyond for my needs and concerns. I have had the worst experience with this site. Car gets towed in Monday, I don't hear a thing until Friday when a rental is provided. The car is there about a week or two,Pick up on Friday and so Car gets towed in Monday, I don't hear a thing until Friday when a rental is provided. The car is there about a week or two,Pick up on Friday and somehow my AC no longer works. They do not take ownership and I am told It would be approximately $1300 to fix(plus taxes and fees). I was told that since KIA covered the engine, they would find something to charge me with. Now Monday, Car will NOT START. THey did advise they also replaced my started. Again, stuck with no car , not one empathetic person in sight and KIA will not take ownership at all. I was even provided with an incorrect case #, so again I go on hold for 55 minutes . More
