6 minutes ago NEW This is the last time I will ever refer someone to this dealership. The overall experience was horrible. Took my mother to purchase a new car and the entire experience was as bad as y refer someone to this dealership. The overall experience was horrible. Took my mother to purchase a new car and the entire experience was as bad as you could expect. Not only do they not honor the referral fees (waiting two years got other friends I referred and purchased) they also did a horrible job of getting the car ready after purchase. Then they have the audacity to ask us to schedule an appointment where they will "help" us complete the survey by offering bribes for a good survey. Never again will I purchase nor refer anyone to this dealership. More
