This dealership and the sales man will say what they need to say to sell a car. I bought a car that was recently traded in. During the sales process, the salesman told me I could come back to have the car de to say to sell a car. I bought a car that was recently traded in. During the sales process, the salesman told me I could come back to have the car detailed and a new windshield installed. They told me I could get a rental for the day while they had my car. What the salesman didn’t say is that they would need the car for 24 hours just for detailing. Once I scheduled the windshield replacement with the service department, I was told I was not able to get a rental for that time. The salesman also said they would contact the previous owner regarding the second key. I never heard from them again. I even reached out via text and did not hear anything. I would not go back to this dealership for anything or recommend them to anyone. More

Carlos did a great job of finding me pretty much what I wanted. After a test drive etc. we sat down to discuss the price. Honda added 2 other fees of $500 each plus the usual little fees. They acted like I wanted. After a test drive etc. we sat down to discuss the price. Honda added 2 other fees of $500 each plus the usual little fees. They acted like I should be thrilled to get it for such a discounted price ( which was actually the price listed). Whenever I've bought a vehicle before those fees , if they are even real, were already figured into the list price. I felt Hondas sales tactics were false advertising and misrepresentation. I bought my last car there and they were great. Not so much this time. Will there be a next time??? More
