Overall the experience was a positive one. The salesman was very nice. We waited well over 2 hours to sign papers though which was not ideal with three children. Carlos did a great job connecting and speaking with me throughout the process. Car was at another location so had to wait an hour for it to show up. Would have like a little more time to spend with the ca throughout the process. Car was at another location so had to wait an hour for it to show up. Couple of small things that I didn't see (it was getting late) when I test drove it, that I would have addressed at the time. I would have liked a full tank of gas (it was under 1/4 tank) and the wiper fluid is empty, but love the car and my agent was very good. More
