There product knowledge was subpar! Our Sales Rep BILL HAWKINS was absolutely amazing. Bill was extremely knowledgeable, very honest, and had excellent communications with us throughout the sale transaction. He, was very easy to deal with and very fair. He was always able to answer any question we had about the sale and the car that we ordered. He is one of the most notable car salesmen that we have ever had! I look forward to working with him in the future. He goes out of his way to make your car sale seamless and easy to deal with. Every request that I asked Bill to accomplished on our new Durango was 100% met. The dealership is very clean, well maintained and well managed. Our dealings with the General Sales Manager Jerry Gandarilla were very good. He worked with us on resolving a minor pricing question and we were very happy with the outcome. We traded in a car and we were very happy with the negotiated trade in offer. The car trade in expierence quick and easy. Our finance manager Ivan Ochoa was very through, quick and he was easy to work with. The Service Department had our new car delivery ready in very short order. Our new Durango was very clean, defect free and ready for us to take home shortly after it arrived at the dealership. I look forward to using the service department in the future.
