I wanted to buy a slightly used truck at Toyota of CS. Talked to the salesman and soon found out that I could buy a brand new truck for less than they were trying to sell the slightly used truck for. Wh Talked to the salesman and soon found out that I could buy a brand new truck for less than they were trying to sell the slightly used truck for. When I brought it up, they stated that they couldn't lower the price 2K to even just match the new truck I had told them about. I told them ok, I'll go to the other dealership and buy the new one. I did just that, but couldn't help but wonder if they found a buyer to pay them "new" truck prices. A couple days later, I looked on Toyota of CS website to see if they sold the truck. They hadn't sold it and had raised the price 3K so that when the next person asked for less, they could reduce the price to what they originally wanted for it. SCAM!! I'll never attempt to do business with them again. More

Horrible experience. Came into dealership telling them I wanted to finance vehicle at end of lease. After waiting almost 3 hours later, alone and no word other John Gile lying to me that I was next in-line, wanted to finance vehicle at end of lease. I now realize it was because he took advantage of me and gave me a bad deal. Jeremy might have been his name. Sold me on gap insurance which I didn’t need. Was so frustrated after 3 hours at dealership I could think straight. If you are in to dealerships that give you the runaround and play tricks on you, Cool Springs Toyota is your dealership! Buyer Beware. I know Brahman plays all the tricks, but I did not expect this from Cool Springs Toyota. The finance guy will lie to you, Jim Gile lied to me, and Carlos, whom I did not meet, recommended Jim Gile, which might speak to him. Cool Springs had lack of inventory so they are ready to pull one over on you. More

Despite the pandemic, I felt safe in the dealership. All personnel were wearing masks. The salesman, Carlos, was knowledgable and professional.
