Management checked in on me throughout the buying process (with a genuinely positive attitude) which made me feel confident in the level of customer service I was receiving (this is always a priority when making an expensive purchase). My trade-in value was fair when compared to other dealers in Southern CT who, quite frankly, I felt tried to gaslight me into accepting a low-ball offer on the spot (and pressure me into a purchase commitment same day) with little to no discussion of financing estimates without a hard credit check. Carlos, by comparison, was more than happy to provide me estimates and re-work the numbers a few times as I narrowed in on what I wanted. I’m very pleased with my overall experience and new Vehicle. Garavel Jeep is an easy recommendation if you’re shopping in Southern CT. More
