I love my 2020 Tiguan!! Carlos was my salesman and he was so patient, as I was looking at several different vehicles. I never felt rushed! He was professional and personable!! We bought a used Hyundai from this dealership. Out salesperson, Carlos was well informed about the car, very professional and not pushy or aggressive. He cared that we got the car we wanted. His foll salesperson, Carlos was well informed about the car, very professional and not pushy or aggressive. He cared that we got the car we wanted. His follow up was timely with phone calls and a hand written note as well. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and friendly.
