When our Mini was sadly totaled due to a flood in our are, I called and Alex (Escobar-Castro) was nothing but short of amazing. He got our deal done quick and literally in a matter of minutes. The whole team made the switch from Mini to BMW bittersweet to complete! Like most buyers, I didn't want to spend hours at a dealership only for a deal to fall apart. I made it clear to every advisor that I wasn't interested in haggling. I wanted their best price upfront so I could quickly determine whether we were on the same page. By far, Jim was the easiest and most transparent advisor I worked with. He was straightforward, honest, and never played games. There was no nickel-and-diming, and throughout the entire process, I genuinely felt that he was looking out for my best interests.
