I am generally pleased so far. I have brought my new X5 back twice for maintenance and the only issue was amount of time I waited for the car (over 2 hours). Rui Costa was great when I stopped unable to reattach a Mini Cooper headlight rim. He showed me how the clips which held it in place were broken. He sent me to Parts Dept where the item was actually IN STO Mini Cooper headlight rim. He showed me how the clips which held it in place were broken.
