He also really worked with me on pricing and took the time to shop around for the best possible rate, which I appreciated so much. I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me get the car I wanted at a deal I felt great about, rather than simply trying to make a sale. He was laid-back and easy to work with while still being extremely professional, attentive, responsive, and efficient. Everything that needed to get done was handled quickly and seamlessly, and I never felt pressured at any point in the process. I had visited BMW Freehold beforehand and unfortunately had a very different experience—the salesperson was inexperienced and the process felt overly pushy and off-putting.
