The latch on our glove box broke, and we stopped while on a trip at Gosch Ford to see about ordering it. The parts department guy, Carlos, was SUPER nice!! He looked up the information for us, and printed it out, and showed us a diagram for installing it ourselves. As we were only going to be in town for a week, he suggested ordering it to be delivered to our home dealer as it was coming from Tennessee and probably wouldn't arrive in time. The reason I'm bothering to write this is that Carlos couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Our local dealer could learn a lesson or two! More
