No one was goofing off or standing around chatting.. their waiting room was cozy with a small work station including desks with plenty of power outlets available. They had a popcorn machine, coffee machine with Starbucks and a fridge stocked with plenty of water bottles. The service store also had plenty of snack and drink options for purchase if needed. Would recommend this location. More

The biggest surprise was that he took the time to research my truck’s warranty and discovered it was still covered, which ended up saving me a significant amount of money. He got my cam phaser repair taken care of under warranty and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find service advisors who are knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely care about their customers, but Chris exceeded my expectations. Been a customer for 6 years now. We had a bumpy road when we first started with this dealership. Honestly, the only reason why we have 2 fords now is due to the service department, We had a bumpy road when we first started with this dealership. Honestly, the only reason why we have 2 fords now is due to the service department, but specifically chris and rachel. Chris has made our journey of ford ownership smooth and worth having a ford. Hes honest and clearly genuinely cares about customer relations, From just a simple oil change, or front license plate mount, to struts, shocks, electrical, engine… getting you in a spare rental if necessary.. but also follows the dealership guidelines and rules of what can and cant be completed. Hes fair to both ford and his customers. Im sure its not easy when it comes to having vehicle issues, but we have to understand, our service advisors do the best they can with the little bit of information we give them.
