Had to tow my truck to the dealership. I called ahead and spoke to the receptionist and to my service advisor, Chris Vecchi. Both were extremely helpful in providing information in regard to leaving the truck and having it evaluated the next day. Everything went very smoothly and the communication was very good. The unfortunate part was it was a holiday weekend so repairs wouldn’t take place until Tuesday. However, repairs were completed as promised, plus they were able to change the front brakes and conduct an oil change all the same day. I was very pleased with the level of service provided. More
