I brought my car in and was waiting for it to be serviced. I was approached by a salesman who was interested in purchasing my car. I told him several times I didn’t want to sell but he wouldn’t take serviced. I was approached by a salesman who was interested in purchasing my car. My experience at the dealership itself was great. My advisor was helpful and not pushy about services. He accurately quoted me how long it would take for my car to be completed which I really appreci My advisor was helpful and not pushy about services. My only complaint and why I dock 1 star is because they then proceeded to text me about 2 days later saying my car was overdue for service which I found irritating. It was apparently a glitch in their automated reminder system but still an annoyance in my opinion. More

Car serviced at 34985 miles and windshield service reminder sticker now says next service 5/24 at 34888 miles, service status app never updated causing me to miss phone call that car was ready, servic reminder sticker now says next service 5/24 at 34888 miles, service status app never updated causing me to miss phone call that car was ready, service ticket had car wash checked off with ink pen but car was delivered without going thru car wash. No attention to detail on this service appointment. More
