I was very very pleased and satisfied the way Champ and Eli our salesman took care of us answering all our questions and concerns.Honestly I took our Honda Hrv for a rotation and oil change… and suddenly w Eli our salesman took care of us answering all our questions and concerns.Honestly I took our Honda Hrv for a rotation and oil change… and suddenly we end up picking our new 2027 HRV from them..awesome team.Kudos also to Carlos Martinez who for the second time explained our options between buying or leasing g… we ended up buying and also for peace of mind we purchased the 100000 miles extended warranty. Upon our arrival our Awesome salesman took care of us explaining the features on the car and he helped us with setting our phones… Lol.. because we are not too computer savvy.If I was to mention another great asset to your dealership I will have to say Jonny in the service department.. He was very courteous and he gave us a service rated 110%. So the training you give to your employees is a total success and also I’m part of the Coral Springs Honda with our third car now and also 6 Nissan vehicules from your dealership.Thxs again Champs..
