After finally getting through the entire process with the warranty company, the engine was shipped, replaced and running like new! I was also given a loaner! Well done Curry and Carlos! More

Very Disappointed, a new vehicle corolla cross (5000 miles) had issues the vehicle would not go over 20 miles no matter how much the accelerator was pressed, I turned off the car several times (and no i miles) had issues the vehicle would not go over 20 miles no matter how much the accelerator was pressed, I turned off the car several times (and no it was not in manual mode or anything else, there were no warning lights nothing), the rpm would not go above 2k, of course the diagnostic showed nothing and they made me pay for diagnostics. I would not be wasting my time if there was no issue... Toyota service does not care after the car sales is completed. I understand if the car is older, but to pay for diagnostic for a brand new car is ridicules. Toyota's quality of cars have gone down. More
