I went into service dept. it was my first time so I am just standing waiting on someone to help me finally someone stops and ask what I need said I was here to get my car serv it was my first time so I am just standing waiting on someone to help me finally someone stops and ask what I need said I was here to get my car service so he looked it up and Carlos was my advisor I was standing right in front of him and he said sorry he was training someone and took my keys went to car. I finally caught up with him to tell him some other concerns I had. Then I said I need a ride home and he said go sit in lounge so I waited 30 minutes then went back to Carlos to ask why taken so long. Said driver is in Leesburg then he said they could get a uber and they will pay. But I figured it should not be to long took another hour. I sure hope my next service well be better. More

Took 3 visits for them to identify where a noise was coming from and then their estimate of $4k was over 3 times what I paid to have it fixed elsewhere. In addition back in December they serviced my fu coming from and then their estimate of $4k was over 3 times what I paid to have it fixed elsewhere. In addition back in December they serviced my fuel injection system and performed an engine induction service to the tune of $400 only to have my vehicle nearly stranded me 2000 miles later with a bad coil on one cylinder and a bad injector on another. I will no longer take my vehicle to this dealership More
