Firstly I was greeted by Carlos Mendoza and kindly checked me in and confirmed the reason I was there he also introduced me to the young man he was training. Also asked me if I was going to wait for the recall to be completed and I asked him how long the update would take and responded with an approximate time. a big pat on the back to the tech Conner working on my Ram during his multi point inspection he noticed that one of my front axles went bad and informed me of the needed repair and asked me if they should proceed with the repair and I said yes. I went to the truck and everything was ready for a speedy check out and was asked if there was anything else they could do for me , I replied thank you for your great service and God Bless! Leesburg Dodge in my opinion have the best sales and service dept in the state!
