Easy purchasing. Found truck i wanted on the internet. Called and spoke to Carlos reverting my trade and value. Handled everything over the phone including paperwork and signatures. Drove in from 3 hours away the following morning and was in and out within 15 minutes tops on a Saturday. Would definitely recommend! More

Horrible customer service. The “service” fee I paid for you guys didn’t check for 2 dead batteries. This was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve had. Carlos was amazing and knowledgeable about every aspect that I asked regarding the jeep that I ended up buying. Will no be going back to this dealership. Told F&I I did not want LoJack or GAP, said it was mandatory if I wanted the car, Got home and read the contract and it was NOT mandatory. Should hav Told F&I I did not want LoJack or GAP, said it was mandatory if I wanted the car, Got home and read the contract and it was NOT mandatory. Should have walked (learn from my mistake). Then found out the wheels had locks on them and no key to take off and problem with rear wiper. Called them 1 hour after purchase and they did not care or return my call. Was looking for another vehicle next month for my son but I will go elsewhere. Management needs to discourage this but I bet they encourage it..... More
