Three weeks ago I purchased a two thousand twenty five brand new jeep grand cherokee loredo. I brought it back to the dealership with five hundred miles on it.Because the engine, although it is a gas engi brand new jeep grand cherokee loredo. I brought it back to the dealership with five hundred miles on it.Because the engine, although it is a gas engine sounded like a diesel.Engine. the service shop forman told me it was gonna take a while to try and figure out what was the matter with the engine. In the meantime, because I did not want to play the guessing game as all dealerships do in in south west, florida, trying to figure out and making payments on a vehicle that I likely would not be driving for an extended period of time. So I told the salesperson I wanted to rewind my deal since it was only three weeks old, he said sales management won't do it. So they charge me $7000 to get rid of the vehicle. And get into a new vehicle. I took delivery of the two thousand twenty six vehicle last night i woke up this morning to take it to a shop to have the air pressure lowered in the tires since the pressure gauge was showing 45 p s I but I noticed the vehicle was vibrating very badly so I checked the engine oil although I shouldn't have to with a brand new vehicle. There was no oil on the dip.Stick. i had the mechanic at the shop. Come out and double-check the oil just to make sure I wasn't going crazy. And he did confirm it appears to not have any oil in the vehicle. I paid for a new oil change since I did not want to drive the vehicle any. He stated although there was a small amount of oil in the vehicle.Still not the six quarts required for the engine. This is the kind of c*** customer service you get in southwest, florida. I have sent josh the managing partner several emails outlining these issues, but he does not bother to reply. Because why would he he got his money And that's all he cares about i would never in a million years buy A vehicle from this dealership More

I would recommend cape coral cdjr to everyone i know. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! , AAA TOWED IN 10/8/25 FOR DEAD BATTERY. CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO FIND STATUS OF CAR. SENT INFO. MANY CALLS MADE WITH NO RESPONSE. 10/15/25 WENT TO DEALERSHIP TO FIND CAR, NO HISTORY OF CAR, M. CASTORI CHECKED COMPUTER. TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO CALL POLICE TO REPORT STOLEN CAR. Incredibly dishonest. I took my Jeep Cherokee to have the battery replaced under parts and labor warranty and I was advised that the battery cable was bad and needed repla I took my Jeep Cherokee to have the battery replaced under parts and labor warranty and I was advised that the battery cable was bad and needed replacement. I requested the old parts. I was charged $477.47. Noticing no cable was left as requested. I returned to the service manager to inquire. The battery had been replaced with no service charge as it was under warranty but I was charged for the cable parts and labor. Speaking with the tech, he admitted the cable did not need replacement and he had not done so. I requested a refund and the Assistant Service maager Ron Torres reduely refused. He stated that I should know deceptive business practices. His father was also a physician and overbilled people all the time. I informed him Not once had I ever overbilled. He threw the invoice at me and walked away. I reached out to the General Manager, Josh Clinton who refunded the service charge but refused to refund the cost of the part that was never installed.
