We purchased a brand-new 2026 Chevy Equinox Saturday night and while we were excited about the vehicle itself, the buying experience was disappointing. The warranty that was promised and explained to us night and while we were excited about the vehicle itself, the buying experience was disappointing. The warranty that was promised and explained to us in the finance office was not the warranty we later received in the paperwork, and the numbers/terms didn’t match what was discussed. We also left without receiving any documentation regarding the warranty, my old license plate or any registration paperwork. Overall, it left us feeling misled and unhappy with how the process was handled. The car however is amazing and exactly what we were looking for. More

2 wks ago the staff at Van CHEVY assaulted me in the finance office while 5 other men who stood around and did nothing. That manager has been removed. I initially signed a form they interpreted to me as finance office while 5 other men who stood around and did nothing. That manager has been removed. I initially signed a form they interpreted to me as a form authorizing them to run my credit. They put my signature using an autopen on a fake sales agreement and a fake extended warranty agreement. I am in the process of repeating my story until they make this right. More

Terrible experience, they never gave me a chance to drive the car I wanted ti purchase, the man who said “was the boss” told me it was sold but the sales guy said it wasn’t he just didn’t know why they didn’ the car I wanted ti purchase, the man who said “was the boss” told me it was sold but the sales guy said it wasn’t he just didn’t know why they didn’t bring it out. They made me wait 2 hours to even do a test drive, and while I did end up buying a vehicle they didn’t give us a fair treatment, the whole sale process was very pushy, they added a warranty policy without asking and last but not least they ran my credit 7 times! Absolutely never coming back and would not recommend. More
