Great service Going into buying my first car was a terrifying experience I went by myself and was very apprehensive about the whole thing due to a previous car buyi Going into buying my first car was a terrifying experience I went by myself and was very apprehensive about the whole thing due to a previous car buying (or lack thereof) experience that gave me a negative outlook on the whole experience, fortunately for me everyone I spoke and dealt with at Napleton's Volkswagen of Orlando was wonderful and nothing but helpful and professional. I felt confident in purchasing a car and didn't feel like I was being ripped off or that was being taken advantage of or pressured into buying a car. The staff here were all so wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience if I had tried. Cameron, the salesmen who helped me with my purchase was professional, and very pleasant to deal with I would definitely recommend anyone who is in the market for a new car look into purchasing from them.
