I bought a Santa Cruz from them 10 days ago and still haven’t been able to register it. Instead of properly handling the registration, they just swapped my old plates onto the new vehicle. I went back to haven’t been able to register it. Instead of properly handling the registration, they just swapped my old plates onto the new vehicle. I went back today to get answers, only to be told (after waiting 25 minutes) to come inside by a very rude staff member who then told me to leave when I questioned the process. I even had to call the police to confirm whether it was legal to drive with my old plates. On top of that, they charged me $700 in document fees, and now I’m stuck covering registration and inspection costs out of my own pocket. This is absolutely shameful customer service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here. More
