BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER !! I went to Findley Toyota after work on Friday to look at the lot and maybe test drive some vehicles before making my final decision on a new car. I wa I went to Findley Toyota after work on Friday to look at the lot and maybe test drive some vehicles before making my final decision on a new car. I was almost positive I was purchasing a Honda Civic or Accord as these were always my go to cars, but I wanted to see what Toyota offered. After looking around the lot I asked a salesmen ( Carlos Noriega ) if I could test drive a few cars. After listening to my needs and expectations of my cars we decided to test drive the Camry and the new C-HR . Carols was very knowledgeable and informative! We even took one of the cars on a second test drive just so I could experience some of the cars special features. Carlos must have spent at least an hour I would say answering all my questions. I fell in love with the CH-R and decided to purchase. The team from sales to signing paperwork was fantastic ! I seriously felt like I had known these people my whole life ! They were outgoing, funny , attentive and truly on your side ! The entire process was enjoyable and surpassed all my expectations. If you are in the market for a new car visit Findley Toyota and ask for Carlos !! I promise he won’t let down ! Oh by the way I LOVE MY C-HR !!! More
