For example, on our newest lease, the headliner was installed by the manufacturer incorrectly. Carlos wasted no time getting us into another vehicle and set up repairs for the current one. He made sure our loaner was super nice too! We actually love our new lease so much that we may end up buying it!! The man did everything in his power to make my family feel comfortable and safe within the Stuckey family! He was never once pushy or forceful. This was very big for us because we were not looking forward to dealing with a salesman due to our last encounter. Mr. Parrilla shattered the stigma left by previous salesman and dealerships. He has made my family lifetime customers at Stuckey. I reccomend Carlos to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle. More
