He never rushed me into buying a car nor cared that I spent 3 hours test driving cars until I found the one that I loved the most. Ken was very patient with me and these guys stayed after hours on a Saturday to do business with me without rushing me out the door and continued to answer every question I had asked. Plus they gave me a awesome deal on my trade in and got me out of an 18.9 percent interest rate I was in down to an 8 percent interest rate. I put $9,000 down on my trade in and that dealership was very pushy and had me sign paperwork very quickly without explaining anything. Purchase of first NEW truck Carlos Parrilla went above and beyond for me last week. After about 8 months of researching vehicles, I went in to purchase an F250 - Carlos made sur Carlos Parrilla went above and beyond for me last week. After about 8 months of researching vehicles, I went in to purchase an F250 - Carlos made sure everything went smoothly and I came home with the F250 of my dreams. The next day I realized I had made a huge mistake purchasing this particular vehicle (it was just too much for my everyday needs). The following day, I called and asked them to give Carlos a message that I was coming back to the dealership. We talked and he fully understood my concerns - nothing with him, the dealership, the vehicle - it was me. Carlos asked me to look at the F150's while he started the mountain of paperwork needed to return the F250. I found a F150 that I liked, took it for a lengthy test drive, came back to the dealership and we finalized the deal on the new F150. And yes, Carlos and team 'moved a mountain' of paperwork! I couldn't be more pleased!! This is the vehicle I was supposed to have. I can't say enough great things about Carlos and how he handled my situation!
