Upon walking in the dealership it was very clean and smelled really good like a males cologne. The customer service from the first person we encountered, which was the secretary, to each sales associate smelled really good like a males cologne. The customer service from the first person we encountered, which was the secretary, to each sales associate along the way who passed us, was phenomenal. The associates along with my sales associate, Willie, all smiled and greeted us and that was the tip of the iceberg for me. The finance director was very personable with a smiled and answered questions accordingly and at the end was working magic (as he stated) to make me happy- and end the end he did just that. One of the things I truly appreciated was the extra time my sales associate, Willie, took to go o we the specs and details on the inside of the vehicle once the whole transaction was finalized. You see it was well past 9pm and I was still sitting with the finance director and just about 10pm when everything was finalized and Willie still took the time out to utilize the full title of what a sales associate is and does- just because he closed on the deal he didn’t just hurry off and leave me he sat in the vehicle and walked me through each thing, contacted o star for me and went through everything and then advised me to call him the next day to go over again if I want and stated I can come back to the dealership for him to show me everything again because he k ew it was late and we both were exhausted and he wanted to make sure I understood everything. This was a great experience and I definitely wouldn’t hesitate referring anyone to Vera Buick GMC. Thanks Willie! More
