So bought my Alfa 3 weeks ago, love the car and my sales agent (Mauricio?) was very nice and helpful. The rest of the experience not so much. I filled out most of the paperwork on line but once I got there it took 2.5 hours to get the car. They slid a $700 "tech shield" line item thatg I caught on my own (they should have disclosed that when reviewing the paperwork) which is a bubbled up piece of plastic over the infotainment display...who wants that for $700?? Then after the paperwork was done it took them 45 minutes to put gas in the car and they brought it to me with the stock stickers still on the rear windshield. They did not offer any kind of extended warantee (4 year old car that just had its warantee expire) and the next day the blind spot warning monitor was on and would not go off. Took it back in (again no introductions) and basically accused me of having someone back into me so the monitor was damaged the next day. They gentleman told me he would try to get it fixed at cost and send me a estimate (almost 2 weeks later they have not sent me anything)! On top of that my registraion expires tomorrow and they did not extend the regitraion throuh next year. Also my car loan I traded in at the time is still not paid off and I am getting bills 3 weeks after trading it in! I would expect more from a Yugo dealership, let alone a high end dealership. I used to work at a high end and we at least gave them a new key chain or an oil change as a thank you and we provided follow up to see how they like their new car and if they had any issues or quesiotns. I have had ZERO follow up 3 weeks later! Not a great experience and of course would never reccomend them or use them again. I know I am nitpicking but they even dressed down like they worked at a carmax, not a high end intalian sports car dealership! Mistakes happen, but at a high end dealership to have so many things go wrong is just not acceptable. More
Let’s start from the beginning. I called to schedule service for my vehicle, informed them I would be dropping it off after hours. Upon arrival of the dealership, yes after hours, the entire parking lot was gated/blocked off. I had to leave my car on a side street behind a hospital with the hopes it wouldn’t get towed, and run in the pouring rain to find the key drop location. Never once was I informed the lot would be completely closed and where I should park my vehicle. I left to go out of the country for 9 days, upon my return I was informed that they still hadn’t even determined the root cause of my air conditioning issue. After 9 days?!? I then had to stay in a hotel and get an Uber because I didn’t have another form of transportation scheduled. Finally after 11 days they found the problem. However it was communicated up until that point that they were certain the AC issue would be covered by warranty….well now they are saying it won’t be and that I was responsible for the full cost of repair. Not ideal, nor do I believe it, but fine, please just fix it. Weeks go by from start to finish. No one answers calls, no one answers texts, no one provides updates. I called 4 times in one day and each time they stated they would call me back within the hour…and nope, no call received. 16 days my vehicle was in service for. I went to pick it up and it was filthy, they couldn’t even wash it for me? And I had a nice new scratch on the drivers side door. This is a Maserati dealership and this is how you treat your customers? Seriously the worst service experience I have ever had, and I am putting it nicely. More

The staff is super friendly up to the point of sale, anything you need after the paperwork is signed......forget about it. ZERO response from anyone outside the title clerk post sale. They delete all the negative posts on Facebook, maybe here as well? I cannot recommend this dealership. More

My sales consultant John Villarreal was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and attentive. And Vito Susca, the Sales Manager, was fantastic to work with! The entire process was super easy and fast! Great customer service, great staff and great experience. Vito and John truly know how to work with people! Yesterday I took my family members to purchase their new vehicle at Alfa Romeo St. Petersburg, and they also left very, very happy!! We will be recommending this dealership to all of our friends. I had a great experience with Alfa Romeo dealership. Paul delivered to my house a car for me to test drive . In fact, he brought me two different cars to test drive. I purchased the Alfa Romeo Veloce Paul delivered to my house a car for me to test drive . In fact, he brought me two different cars to test drive. I purchased the Alfa Romeo Veloce 2022. My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Luis and Mr. Paul. Luis the manger and Paul went beyond my expectations. They put a beautiful pink bow on the car as I purchased the car for my wife and daughter. At delivery of the car the car was perfect. I highly recommend anyone to go and visit the Saint Petersburg Alfa Romeo Maserati dealership they are the best. More
