Out of state purchase nightmare! Strongly advise buying from a dealership with a much better customer satisfaction rating. The on-going delays, along with the lack of transparency, communication & urgency at this dealership has resulted in the most frustrating car buying experience EVER! 6/18/2025 (day 1) committed to purchasing a CPO vehicle; 6/20/2025 (day 3) received purchase documents, which had multiple errors (including missing inspection results on the CPO checklist); 6/23/2025 evening (day 6) received 3rd & FINAL set of purchase documents (rejected 2 sets previously due to multiple errors); 6/24/2025 (day 7) full payment (funds) wired & dealership reduced the vehicle price online (despite having a signed purchase agreement). Requested refund of the price difference & received partial refund for the inconvenience; 6/25/2025 (day 8) dealership confirmed receipt of wired funds 6/26/2025 (day 9) transport co. picked up the vehicle & I received digital copy of title & registration documents to review - notified dealership that the ‘Appt. of Agent’ form was incomplete (missing the agent’s name & address); 6/27/2025 (day 10) received physical title & registration documents to sign (via FedEx) & the ‘Appt. of Agent’ form was incomplete (still missing the agent’s name & address), which was not provided until several hours after the other signed documents had been dropped off at FedEx; 6/28/2025 evening (day 11) received the FedEx label (as email attachment) needed to return completed & signed Appt. of Agent forms; 6/29/2025 (day 12) dropped off signed Appt. of Agent forms at FedEx & emailed a copy to the dealership; 6/30/2025 (day 13) transport co delivered vehicle (only 1/4 tank of gasoline from the dealership) Dealership also lost the owners manual & 2nd key fob for the CPO vehicle that I purchased which now have to be ordered directly through the manufacturer. As a result of the slow processes & plethora of inefficiencies at this dealership, I have now paid for insurance & a vehicle that cannot be legally driven because the title & registration still have not been filed with my state. AND I just learned it will be at least another week before I have the state’s required documents! More
