My salesperson, Maria, was wonderful however, the sales managers (Al especially) we rude and unhelpful. I was buying a car with cash but Al decided he'd rather do a finance deal, despite my willingness to managers (Al especially) we rude and unhelpful. The customer service manager took a long time to get in touch and my vehicle delivery was also delayed. Dan, who apparently is a VP with the dealer had promised a call to me, yet, it's been 2 weeks without a word from him. Personally, I'd avoid this dealer at all costs. After many calls, they want me to sign an NDA for a measly $300 refund for their mistakes and won't return calls. Avoid this dealer at all costs. More
