From the time we walked in till the time we left with a new vehicle it was nothing but amazing! Carlos was our car salesman and I would highly recommend him to anybody! He wasn’t pushy and made sure I was new vehicle it was nothing but amazing! Carlos was our car salesman and I would highly recommend him to anybody! He wasn’t pushy and made sure I was absolutely in love with the vehicle I was looking at before we discussed my trade in and all the paperwork that follows. He was informative and answered every single question I had along the way. Even after leaving with my new car he followed up to make sure I was still happy with my decision. If my boyfriend and I ever need another veichle we will definitely be seeing Carlos again! More

Executive Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air! Carlos Santiago explained the sales process in an easy to understand binder. I could walk in and chat with Omed Santiago. He wasn’t “hidden” somewher Carlos Santiago explained the sales process in an easy to understand binder. I could walk in and chat with Omed Santiago. He wasn’t “hidden” somewhere on the premises. Although I tried to get a better price on my truck, they stuck to the original price. I have to admit, I respect that. No xxxxxx business with the price. They gave me a fair value for my trade. The finance department was a different story. Mary was transparent with things, but the process was too quick for my liking. I didn’t get to read the fine print on most things until I got the paperwork home. All in all, compared to other past dealership experiences, I would give Executive Chevrolet 4.5 Stars out of 5!
