The service department stinks my service advisor her name was Laura she did not keep in contact with me she had my truck for 4 months wasn't fixed forced me into a new truck I've been dealing with y'all sinc was Laura she did not keep in contact with me she had my truck for 4 months wasn't fixed forced me into a new truck I've been dealing with y'all since 2005 and this is the worst experience that I had with Dodge will I come there again nope will I recommend somebody to nope will I bring my truck there to get service nope that is the worst experience I have had since I've been dealing with you since 2005 I bought two trucks it's the third truck I done got from Dodge only thing I wanted was my truck fixed they kept my truck 3 months and not trying to force me to pay for a loaner that's not going to happen University Dodge sucks the best person that I dealt with while I was there was Eugene and the service department he kept me updated about everything my service manager didn't call or nothing I had to text call her she never answer the phone on the thing she did was text me back so with that being said University Dodge sucks then they gave me a supposedly quote unquote brand new truck but it had 5,000 miles on it it was dirty on the inside and it got roaches they pick the truck corporate office More
