I had an uncomfortable experience with the first salesperson I worked with. She wasn't friendly and acted like I was wasting her time. In truth, I walked over there after I found out from service th salesperson I worked with. She wasn't friendly and acted like I was wasting her time. In truth, I walked over there after I found out from service that my old Honda needed too much work to fix. So I went to the dealership. I explained my situation and said I didn't have the right questions, but I told her which cars I liked. She showed me the cars, didn't ask if I wanted to drive one, and came back with what my payments would be for those three cars. I felt I was being dismissed. All the while, she didn't smile and went through motions. I set an appointment for the next week, and she called rhe day before the appointment and asked why I missed the appointment. I told a friend of mine that I saw a car that I really liked at the lot, but I wasn't going to go back to Honda. Fortunately, she had just purchased a car from a man who was fantastic there, who now is manager. He recommended Carlos. Carlos was fantastic! He was friendly, personable, listened to me, and was happy to let me drive the three cars. That afternoon with Carlos. I leased the car I would recommend Honda to someone if they could get Carlos as a salesperson. I'm sure there are other excellent ones, but I know now it's not worth getting one who doesn't want to work with you. More

We went there looking for a Honda Odyssey and we left with a 2026 Touring trim even though they didn't have it at that location. Because of the value they placed for my trade on that sale, I felt comfortable offering my other sports car for a 2025 Honda Civic Type R. They gave me a good deal for the car and received my trade in with very little trouble on my end. The Honda of Tom's River team is amazing. I would recommend to others. More
