If I could give zero stars I would. They will sell you a vehicle after they say it’s been inspected, yet within 2 hours of leaving the lot. Brakes are squeeling and rotors(they replaced They will sell you a vehicle after they say it’s been inspected, yet within 2 hours of leaving the lot. Brakes are squeeling and rotors(they replaced), tensioner needs replaced and serpentine belt. I call to get warranty process started and Jerry said he would call me back, never got that call so I had to go with a more expensive route. Now my starter is bad, and of course it is not on the level of warranty to replace it by just using my deductible. So within 600 miles of me driving this vehicle the brakes rotors will have been replaced, tensioner and serpentine belt and now the starter. No wonder why the car was cheaper than everywhere else, it needed $1500-2000 in work done. Worst decision of my life has been using this dealership. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I’ve had my vehicle for a month and it has been in the shop a total of 5 days now. The icing on the cake is I was in Stillwater today so even tho they said the starter wasn’t under warranty I agreed to pay for it so I could just be done with this mess and of course the service department broke a part and of course since it’s the weekend the vehicle won’t be ready until Monday, could’ve went somewhere else in OKC for cheaper but decided not to and now I’m stuck in this situation. More
