Best Car Buying Experince of My Life I have been looking for a car for months. I have had such such bad experiences dealing with the ‘car salesman games’ until I found Lakeland Auto Mall. I have been looking for a car for months. I have had such such bad experiences dealing with the ‘car salesman games’ until I found Lakeland Auto Mall. I had the pleasure of working with a salesman named Ben and there aren’t words to describe how truly amazing he made my experience. I can be a very indecisive and difficult person when it comes to big purchases (and this was my first time buying a car, so you can only imagine how difficult this was). I stopped in and told Ben everything I was looking for. He went above and beyond to do everything in his power to help me find the car of my dreams. There was even a car that was traded in and I wanted to look at it, but it wouldn’t be ready in time for me so he and another phenomenal salesman, Carlton, cleaned the car for me THEMSELVES. Just so I could test it out. When I backed out of a sale last minute (because like I said, I can be difficult and very indecisive) Ben NEVER lost his cool or made me feel pressured. Because of this I knew I was going to get a car from them and waited a few days until they got the one I desperately wanted. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. Even the person that helped me with my finances, Shaun, was more than flexible and went above and beyond. I will only ever buy cars from them. Even if I end up moving out of state. Lakeland Auto Mall treats you like family. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! More

Mostly good Marc and Karen were friendly, helpful and did all they could to make sure we got what we wanted. Neither of them were pushy and we were very happy wit Marc and Karen were friendly, helpful and did all they could to make sure we got what we wanted. Neither of them were pushy and we were very happy with the 2012 Sonata we purchased. The only downside to our entire experience was when we first arrived and one of the employees (Carlton) came out while our salesman Marc was fetching paperwork for us and told us "That guy is new. He has no idea what he's doing or what he's talking about" we thought it was very rude and unprofessional and brushed him off. Marc was friendly, fun and willing to help in any way for our entire visit, would highly recommend working with him. More
