Carmen, in the service department, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. She was absolutely wonderful. They are solid team of employees and I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this great group of people. More

I've worked with Carmen many times and have always been treated with respect and fairly. Appointments are easy to get, always on time, and are done quickly. I also purchased a new Outback last week. It was about as stress free as possible considering spending over $30K. My primary contact was Caroluce in new care sales. She was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable and efficient with the car and the sales process. More

We are so impressed with Mr. Cole that we purchased a used car from him after telling him what we needed to tow behind our RV price range we wanted to stay within. I can not praise Mike enough. We visited Valley Subaru and Kim met with us, facilitated test drives on both the Outback and the Crosstour, and took an enormous amount of time answering our questions and educating us on the benefits of each model. The showroom was very clean and welcoming, and all staff were very friendly and welcoming. Kim was aware that we were still shopping, and did not pressure us to make a decision on the spot. All of these things contributed to our decision to come back to this dealership to finalize the purchase of our 2017 Subaru Outback. More
