We would most definitely recommend Carmin, she is on your side and willing to work with you. She was very helpful in explaining everything in the offer, as well as, all the features in the vehicle. Even the finance mgr, Tom Bowens was super easy to work with as well! He made the paperwork process easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a much different feeling buying from Spitzer than any other dealership in the past. More

I have never had a better experience at a car dealership than I did with this one. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Mike and Carmin greeted me at the door with a warm smile and a handshake. After only a few minutes talking to them I felt like an old friend. They made me feel so comfortable and so heard with my questions and concerns. Carmin was extremely knowledgeable. She went over every possible detail you can think of. She’s beyond informed AND as sweet as can be. (Carmin…are you sure you’re a car sales person?) And Tom was awesome to deal with while signing paperwork at the end. He made me laugh. Every person in that building that I crossed paths with was great. The receptionist was all smiles and very pleasant, and as we were walking out to test drive the car, a nearby salesman saw us and walked over to the door to hold it open for us. Dealing with car dealerships is always a stressful thing. Salesman are typically shady and cold. Every once in a while you get lucky and come across amazing people who truly do care. That’s what you’ll find here. My drive home after buying a car has never felt so right. I loved my experience with them. My only complaint is that I didn’t find them sooner. More
