Dealership buying experience Normally we hate going to dealerships because I worked at a power sports dealership and am familiar with the process. AJ, Carmine and Joe were so awes Normally we hate going to dealerships because I worked at a power sports dealership and am familiar with the process. AJ, Carmine and Joe were so awesome to work with. We had some credit challenges but Joe was patient and diligent and busted his butt getting us approved. I was impressed with the process from the time we first walked in the door till the moment we drove our Subaru home. AJ kept us informed throughout the whole process and was very professional. It was a calm and relaxed purchase with lots of jokes and laughs. We went to the Buick dealership nearby about a month ago and their style was aggressive and it turned us off. When they gave us their deal, it was loaded with 2500 dollars of optional items that weren’t even discussed or needed. It was really a lack of integrity on their part. In summary, I would buy another vehicle from Premier. I will recommend premier to all my friends, family and coworkers. I do collect coffee mugs and would love a Subaru one if possible. More

I didn’t feel at all pressured or rushed and when I made my decision they were very helpful in explaining the various extended warranty and financing options. I did feel that Ryan listened to my wants and found exactly what I had described to him. Carmine made sure all my accessory needs were addressed. Joe spent time with me filling out the gobs of paperwork needed for me to take me new car in hand. Darlene made sure I was set up as needed. Everyone I talked to there treated me with respect and a smile. This is my first new car with them. I have been using their maintenance department for 3 years. Excellent also. Go to this dealership! Enjoyable car buying experience I went to Premier to look for a used car for my son. I was pleasantly met by Vincent Davis. We discussed my price range and which options I was look I went to Premier to look for a used car for my son. I was pleasantly met by Vincent Davis. We discussed my price range and which options I was looking for. He came back with the appropriate options and we ended up test driving 3 cars. One of which we eventually purchased. There was no pressure to buy at any time. Vincent truly wanted to take care of the customer first. When we went back in to finish the paperwork Joe was a pleasure to work with.
