I was stuck in a terrible situation with my Jeep after only a year of purchasing it. I went to Premier Subaru in dire need of a new AWD car. I was desperate. Vincent Davis (salesman) is amazing. He was so dedicated and patient, he found me the 2019 Impreza I wanted. His positive attitude made my situation so much better. Joe H handled the finances for me. Joe treated me like FAMILY. Joe was upfront and honest, he did not try and put me in another situation that would affect me down the road. I did not feel judged or discouraged by my past financial decisions. Joe helped me tremendously, not only did he get me in an amazing new car but he helped guide me in the right direction for the future. I truly felt like Vincent & Joe did everything in their power to make me happy. I could not thank them enough leaving the lot in my brand new car. In less then 24 hours, Vincent, Carmine & Joe helped me get into a 2019 Subaru Impreza 3.5 year lease. They made what i thought was the impossible, possible. The entire process was flawless. They helped me find the car i wanted in the smartest financial way possible. I look forward to spending the next three years as a Subaru owner with Premier Subaru Watertown. More

Robert (Rob) Dubauskas was my sales rep and helped me with the process from beginning to end. I had a chance to sit behind the wheel of both the Cross Trek and the Outback, and chose the latter as I need both leg and head room. The test drive a few days later settled my mind. Rob was patient with me and didn't rush my decision. We reviewed the features. I was given a tour of the facility and was introduced to Shannon in the service dept. From my 1st visit , the Saturday of L.D. weekend, to the final pick up date of Friday, the 7th of Sept. I was allowed the time that I needed and treated with respect. I look forward to future visits. Darlene Lopez was very patient with me in explaining the instrument panel and all of the controls that one needs to safely drive the vehicle. She set up and explained the blue tooth phone set up, set the clock to the correct time, and most of the (new, to me) technology. I will be returning to see her and Rob with questions that have come to mind within these past 2 weeks. I look forward to getting to know my "new family" over whatever time I have, into the future. Many years have passed since I owned a Suburu, and I am happy to feel safe in this sturdy and well built auto. More
