There nice but not the best dealership The salesmen are great, I delt with Patrick and he was wonderful. The manager is sleezy and was annoying. The "finance agent" i delt with was unprofessional and rude, I was paying in full too upfront. My tire pressure was way off and I had to come back and wait for nearly 2 hours just for them to check the pressure in the tires, the car has the albitly to tell you this on its own. There doesn't seem to be much communication between levels of mangement. I wish I knew how scumy it was before bought from you, honestly would of preferred gone to a different dealership and paid more but I love the car. It's great and everyone there during the purchase was nice. I would recommend them but any extended maintenance or warranty or anything isn't worth it. More

Carlos Batiworked is the one who show us how everything worked in the car set up are Bluetooth and many more awesome. Carmine Valention help with the deal that worked for us he worked very hard. Joe Hernandez worked so hard to get thing done so it would be a smooth transfer of the plates and he did I was one happy person. Expected the usual hard sell technique used by most dealerships.You know,'if you buy it now it's this price,but if you wait till tomorrow it will cost Expected the usual hard sell technique used by most dealerships.You know,'if you buy it now it's this price,but if you wait till tomorrow it will cost you this much more".Not once did I feel any pressure to buy anything.Just straight forward answers to any questions I had.Sarah was the sales rep and a pleasure to work with.Decided to purchase a new 2018 Crosstrek.(my wife and I).I mention my wife because two days after receiving the car,she decides to kiss the side of the garage with it,tearing off the front fascia and signal light.(Happy Birthday Gina).I brought the car back to the dealer to get a quote on the damage.Sarah met me at the door and immediately contacted the service dept.At the service dept. I met Stephanie who said she would have someone look at it right away.I waited in the show room and was told my car was ready.Thinking I would get a quote for up to $1,000$,the car was already repaired.Total cost for parts and labor. $107$.Unbelievable.Any other dealer would have tried to sell me a whole new front fascia and signal light wireing harness.The tech that worked on the showed me exactly what he did.Fantastic job in saving me money.In conclusion Premier Suburu has the total package.You can't go wrong buying from them.
