Cruise Control Not Working, Auto Trans Not Shifting Properly Excellent service. They did NOTtry to upsell me even though I was almost ready to go with a $200+ Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchange and service. Excellent service. They did NOTtry to upsell me even though I was almost ready to go with a $200+ Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchange and service. They listened to me and diagnosed the problem on my 2002 RAM 2500 with Cummins DIesel and Automatic Trans as a strange electrical magenetic interference with the "hot" wire to the Auto Shift Solenoid, coming from the Alternator. As crazy as EMF interference from the Alternator causing the Transmission to shift erratically or NOT SHIFT AT ALL SOUNDS, they were right and saved me $200-400 or more for a new rebuilt transmission. They really know their stuff, and are honest, trustworthy and concerned about the customer in the Service Department. More
