Good Morning, I apologize for your recent experience on our website. However, I did want to explain that any vehicle that is on our website is actively trying to be sold by all four of our dealerships and our roster of salespeople at each site. In addition, there is a natural lag time between a vehicle being sold and the same being pulled from our website which is probably what occurred in this instance. In most instances, we request a deposit to secure the vehicle for you so that this particular situation doesn't occur. If that didn't occur than we certainly share in the blame. We do have a vast inventory though and if you do find a vehicle that you are interested in in the future kindly ask to secure the same so that this unfortunate instance doesn't occur again.
