Caroline was wonderful to work! I’ve now been to BMW of West Chester three separate times for the same issue with my stereo system producing static — and unfortunately, the issue is still not resolved and has only gotten so much worse. Each visit has been time-consuming, especially considering I live an hour away, and it’s extremely frustrating to feel like I’m not being taken seriously. What’s even more disappointing is that I left each time feeling like the problem was dismissed, and at times, I was made to feel like I was imagining it. I’m paying for a car that continues to have unresolved issues, and that’s unacceptable. On my most recent visit, I had a particularly frustrating interaction with Caroline. I expressed that I had an important appointment and was hoping to get in and out as quickly as possible. She told me she’d check on the car and return — but never did. Instead, I was left waiting for 40 minutes, watching her assist other customers without any acknowledgment or update. I ended up leaving, only to get a call five hours later. That level of communication and professionalism is simply not what I would expect from a BMW dealership. I’m truly disappointed. I chose this dealership expecting a high level of service and care, and instead, I’ve experienced inconvenience, lack of follow-through, and an issue that still hasn’t been fixed. At the very least, I expected to be treated with respect and have my concerns taken seriously. More
