Unexpected experience! The car we were looking for was not in stock when I first contacted Caroluce. A few days later, she called to see if we would like to bring our trade- The car we were looking for was not in stock when I first contacted Caroluce. A few days later, she called to see if we would like to bring our trade-in for an appraisal. When we got there, lo and behold, the team had found the car we were looking for and it was sitting on the lot for our approval. Caroluce and her team offered a perfectly agreeable deal, Helen did the financing paperwork and we were quite unexpectedly driving our new Outback home in less than three hours from driving into the dealership. More
