He was patient when I asked a lot of questions and showed me different options. He was straight forward with the price and we got right to work. He didn't try to push me one way or the other, just suggested some features he thought I would like based on our conversation. So we bought the truck! When the car came in, we had a family emergency, so I had to move my pick up time around and he was more than accommodating! When I got there, I met with Carrie who was also wonderful! She gave me some additional options for extended warranty. She laid everything out in front of my so I could see all of the options and price points. The finalizing the paperwork took just a few minutes and the car was all ready for me when we were done! Arnie met with me again and showed me how to hook up my phone and a few more last minute details. It was just a wonderful experience! I have bought and leased cars before and all of those times, it was painful and so time consuming. The dealership is innovative with technology and much more consumer friendly. More
