The honesty, integrity, patience and genuine customer care that I experienced here were the likes of which I would never have imagined to find at any dealership. It took me three long visits to decide which truck was right for me, and my salesman, Dennis, along with one of the owners, Steve, who also helped me, were both textbook examples of what every car salesman should strive to be. They were polite, patient, thorough and did everything in their power to get me the best deal possible, which they most definitely did once everything was said and done. Throughout my experience with Hawthorne, not once did I feel pressured to buy or that they were being dishonest about anything. Everything was straightforward and on the table from the start, and I was able to browse at my own pace until my needs were met, stress-free, and when I was finally ready to lease the truck I wanted they really jumped through hoops to get me the best price possible; at the end of the day I got an unbelievable deal, and Hawthorne got a lifelong customer! leasing the car When my wife and I came in to see about leasing a car we were still unsure about whether or not we wanted to do it. We had never leased a car before. When my wife and I came in to see about leasing a car we were still unsure about whether or not we wanted to do it. We had never leased a car before. It could not have been more then 2 minutes when a salesperson asked if we needed help. When we told him we were inquiring about leasing he said he would get someone for us right away. My wife and I went to go look at the cars in the showroom and while we had just started to look at the first car Robert DeSimone one of the sales reps was right there to help us. Once we had decided we were interested Robert went through all the necessary steps explaining all of them along the way. He was also very good at answering any questions we had. We did end up leasing a car and were very grateful that Mr. DeSimone and the people at Hawthorne Chevrolet were very knowledgeable and helping in the process. More
