Every new car purchase should be so easy Over the weekend I picked up my new 2016 Mini Cooper. This is my second mini. I am a huge fan of the car but now am a real fan of the purchase and s Over the weekend I picked up my new 2016 Mini Cooper. This is my second mini. I am a huge fan of the car but now am a real fan of the purchase and service experience. My 2008 mini was kept in mint condition through the years by an exceptional service team. Carrie and Rick, even up to the end of the car's hand off to my son over the holiday break, offered service with a smile and a wealth of information. I am truly grateful for the assistance and their dedication. Steve Emerson is car salesman extraordinaire. With a time line on my hands for the new car delivery, holidays and hectic schedules he took the time to sit down and build my mini on line with me. He followed through without the usual "car salesman push" and maintained contact throughout the build and route to St.Louis. Steve knows Mini and he knows the St. Louis car sales industry. He is a true gentleman and family man. Lastly, I must mention Tina Logue. Professional, courteous and smart! Truly the best business manager I have ever had the experience of financing a new car with. Looking forward to many years of motoring and service with this exceptional team! Wow!!! Todd and the crew are great! Each team member was efficient and courteous. The area where the cars are serviced is layed out so well, from ease of p Todd and the crew are great! Each team member was efficient and courteous. The area where the cars are serviced is layed out so well, from ease of pulling cars in, where the guys work on the cars, the cleaning, to exit. A well oiled machine. The dealership and service area were impeccably clean. The layout was great and the design including the minis on display, history, and pictures were amazing. It was like being in a modern art museum. Seeing the making of tony hawk juming a mini was sick, redunkulous, sweet, and pure awesomeness. Even the sayings on the bathroom mirror brings a smile to your face. After purchasing over 16 different makes and models of vehicles. Mini is #1. Minis are the greatset adult go cart ride come to fruition.If GOD let's us drive in Heaven. I hope they are mini's. Blessings More

70,000 in 12 Years Todd Feuerhaken & his team consistently help keep me and my 2003 Mini Cooper S on the road. I recently had to replace the air conditioner compressor Todd Feuerhaken & his team consistently help keep me and my 2003 Mini Cooper S on the road. I recently had to replace the air conditioner compressor along with the right front axle boots. Plus, there was an extended warranty issue related to the power steering pump. Working together, we were able to get all the work done on schedule, on time and within budget. For that, I'm very grateful. More

The best service I have experienced I purchased a 2014 Paceman S and wanted a Mini GPS wiring kit installed on my car, I talked to EricWright in the Parts department, he ordered the part I purchased a 2014 Paceman S and wanted a Mini GPS wiring kit installed on my car, I talked to EricWright in the Parts department, he ordered the part, which arrived the next day, Todd Feuerhaken the service manager was able to get me in the next day to have the unit installed on my car. I can't say enough about the service department at the Mini store. Thanks to, Todd Feuerhaken, Dave Joseph, Rick Drezek and Carrie Brown. And thanks to Derek who does a great job of washing my car when I have it in fir service. More
