The best service I have experienced I purchased a 2014 Paceman S and wanted a Mini GPS wiring kit installed on my car, I talked to EricWright in the Parts department, he ordered the part I purchased a 2014 Paceman S and wanted a Mini GPS wiring kit installed on my car, I talked to EricWright in the Parts department, he ordered the part, which arrived the next day, Todd Feuerhaken the service manager was able to get me in the next day to have the unit installed on my car. I can't say enough about the service department at the Mini store. Thanks to, Todd Feuerhaken, Dave Joseph, Rick Drezek and Carrie Brown. And thanks to Derek who does a great job of washing my car when I have it in fir service. More

FUN CITY Just had my car serviced for the first time sense buying the car a year ago. These guys love there job. It was so much fun. Mini tells me when it has been missed! The folks are always more then helpful and with my busy schedule it is hard to narrow a time for an appointment.
