On the day of the sales Carrol Newman was the sales rep. He was most helpful from the beginning in helping me find one coming in and reserving it. On the day of the sales closing, he made sure everything was set up for my arrival, providing my out the door pricing in advance. He made sure I liked the vehicle, and he walked through all of the new technology, and set up my Bluetooth and bluelink account. The back office closing was similarly easy with no pressure and with the dmv work completed and new tags already on the vehicle. I’d recommend Carroll to anyone looking for a new vehicle as he is informed about their products and can explain the differences between optional models. More
