I brought my car in for Maintenance due to mice eating through wires. I received a 2023 Elantra for a loaner. I loved the loaner so much I bought one just like it! This is why I keep going back to Hyun through wires. I received a 2023 Elantra for a loaner. I loved the loaner so much I bought one just like it! This is why I keep going back to Hyundai. Keep in mind I can afford a more expensive car but why? I get reliable, safe cars cars with great customer service! Kudos to Brown’s Hyundai Manassas and Carroll Newman. More

Very friendly and professional service department at the front desk. Although they did the job, can’t give higher rate because they broke plastic clips while servicing my vehicle and they re-installed them front desk. Although they did the job, can’t give higher rate because they broke plastic clips while servicing my vehicle and they re-installed them rather than replacing them, they left wire bundles loose rather than clipping them correctly, they overtightened a plastic nut. Gave me a bad taste because they didn’t tell me about it. More
